Corrections and emendations:

p. 14: I speculate that some of Fiore's MSS may have been presents from Gian Galeazzo Visconti to Niccolò III d'Este. However, Gian Galeazzo died in 1402. The chronology is not impossible since Fiore says he had been practicing for more than 40 years when he wrote the Getty and 50 years when he wrote the Pisani-Dossi in 1410, but such a gift would be more likely after the 1404 truce. The gift would have more likely come from his son, Gian Maria.
